We're not just a gym! Our Personal Trainers work side-by-side with Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants. They'll help you gain Maximum Performance.

Our Personal Trainers understand the impact that injuries, surgeries, weight, age, chronic pain and general health have on your ability to effectively follow a training program. Our Personal Trainers have experienced physical therapists offering expert advice and consultation right in our gym.

Our personal training staff is nationally certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and has extensive experience in the field of rehabilitation. Known for their inspiration, dedication and knowledge, our personal trainers teach safe and effective exercise programs, which are tailor-made for each client. The personal trainer helps motivate clients to achieve healthier lifestyles including fitness, meal planning, and wellness.

Each client's program includes a fitness assessment with the certified trainer. The client's program will be specifically created to address personal life goals as well as individual needs.
